plimsoll gallery exhibition

The moment has passed with a fabulous crowd showing up to our opening night and plenty of people coming through the exhibition on the Saturday and Sunday. In the flurry of the moment on opening night we forgot to take some photos, but fortunately my dear friend Anne (above right) and partner Terry snapped a moment! Now Leonie Oakes (exhibition partner) and I have to sit back and wait for the results to come through, but I intend to fully utilise the time to do a couple of editions from the plates in the Precipice series as I actually don’t have any single prints! Only one large work of 84!

I have uploaded some images from the exhibition on my main website on the Recent Exhibitions page and also there are a couple of images on the Homepage and also on the Latest News blog. The Recent Exhibitions page has two Lightview slideshows, so when you select one thumbnail it will open in Lightview which you can then start to run through the images.

Thank you very much to everyone who came along and made it a very special experience.

Hi Linden – I’ve left a few comments on your website blog but just wanted to say again – this is an amazing body of work! Would love to come and see it for myself when next I am in Tassy. Hope you are enjoying some down time after the main event :)

Thanks VERY much Jay Dee – actually I’m hoping to take it up to Brisbane as I’m from the Sunshine Coast, so it would be great to show the work where family and friends can see it too. Looking for a venue as soon as I recover a bit more!
