Christmas day

The day passed with plenty of yummy food, good company and conversations. The doggies got wrapped up in the moment and everyone enjoyed the moments of giving and receiving. My tree photo above is more about the beautiful shadow patterns on the ceiling and thinking about printmaking than a traditional tree photo!
I have books to read (which reminds me that I will include some attempts at book reviews in the coming year), a cushion for my aching back after a day of printing, beautiful French creams to bring my hands back to life and some superb home grown garlic that will keep me healthy for the year! Oh lovely day!
Now its back to work and the final few months of my Master of Fine Art. I can feel the butterflies stretching their wings from belly to throat and back again…
