An absence in writing posts is a sure indication of plenty happening to keep me busy! It is a wonderful time to work at uni – not another soul in the printroom and the peace is so calming on the jaded nerves of a student working to finalise the workload.

Christmas day

The day passed with plenty of yummy food, good company and conversations. The doggies got wrapped up in the moment and everyone enjoyed the moments of giving and receiving. My tree photo above is more about the beautiful shadow patterns on the ceiling and thinking about printmaking than a traditional tree photo!

Cast Gallery Members Exhibition

The current exhibition at the Cast Gallery at 27 Tasma Street North Hobart is the annual members show. It is a really fabulous collection of work this year with work ranging from abstract to sculpture to painting and printmaking.
