For no particular reason I took the camera on a stroll in the cactus garden in my front room where the sun keeps them warm and happy!
The nice thing about hanging about in the front room is that it is warm fo rme too! We had a beasty frost a couple of nights ago that killed off my tree dahlia that was about to burst into bloom along with a few other plants enjoying the last of the warmer days. Thank goodness for cactus rooms!

Thanks Amy!!! - that was what i needed too! The energy seems to dip a bit after an event. The aloe vera is doing really well and looking forward to your next sunburn! or not…

great photos! indeed very uplifting.. our new flat is adorned with odd cacti.. unfortunately our large aloe vera plant isn’t doing so well in our flat… we put it outside on the terrace and re-planted it into a larger pot but i think that wasn’t the best idea? any tips? xx

Sounds like a good idea Ross! They seem to take a bit of adjusting though - maybe gone a different colour? Then when it gets cooler it needs a warm house again… Maybe no room though? You can always start again with a little sucker plant…
